2. Service Overview

WeAllWinPartners.com facilitates onboarding and call package purchases for exclusive Pay-Per-Call campaigns under brands like 1-888-PLUMB NOW and 1-888-SEWER LINE. Partners receive a guaranteed volume of qualified calls in the specified geographic area.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All call packages are prepaid and non-refundable.

Calls are tracked and verified using third-party call tracking software.

If calls fall below the agreed quantity or quality threshold, we reserve the right to issue bonus calls or credit.

4. Exclusivity

Partner exclusivity is based on ZIP code clusters. ZIP codes must be adjacent. We do not allow two partners to overlap coverage.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to:

Re-sell calls without authorization

Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purposes

Misrepresent your business or services

6. Call Recording & Compliance

You acknowledge that calls may be recorded for quality assurance, verification, and compliance purposes. It is your responsibility to follow local and federal call recording laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages, including missed calls, revenue loss, or service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Remaining call balances may be forfeited if abuse or misrepresentation is found.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by WeAllWinPartners.com and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.

Appendix: Emergency vs. Non-Emergency Call Terms

1. Scope of Services
We All Win Agency specializes in generating high-intent, inbound phone calls for emergency plumbing and sewer services. Emergency calls include, but are not limited to: burst pipes, gas leaks, sewage backups, flooding, and loss of water or heat.

2. Inclusion of Non-Emergency Calls
While efforts are made to target emergency-based intent, certain inbound calls may originate from individuals seeking non-emergency plumbing services, such as clogged drains, leaking faucets, toilet repairs, or installation requests.

These calls are considered valid and billable, as they still represent legitimate service opportunities within the plumbing category.

3. Non-Emergency Call Pricing
Non-emergency calls will be billed at a reduced flat rate, as follows:

4. Acknowledgment
By becoming a call partner and purchasing a prepaid call package from We All Win Agency, the client/buyer acknowledges and agrees to accept both emergency and non-emergency plumbing-related calls as part of their prepaid call package. All calls are tracked and recorded, and time-stamped for verification and quality control purposes. Non=emergency calls are billed at the reduced rate outlined above, based on monthly volume.
